#1232 WESP memory model formalisation for multi-tenant environments Giobi
An AI agent that assists a recruitment team has to remember things, and not all memory is the same kind. There is what it is holding in mind right now, what happened in past conversations, what it knows as established fact about a client or a candidate, and how it has learned to carry out a given procedure. Today that distinction works well in a single installation. This day writes it down properly for the case where several client accounts run on the same platform: what each type of memory is allowed to hold, how long it lives, and what happens to it when an account is opened or closed.

#1233 Inter-environment data isolation analysis Giobi
If two client accounts live on the same platform, the single question that matters is whether anything from one can ever surface in the other. This day maps every point where the two touch - storage, search, shared services, backups - and states for each one whether the separation is actually enforced by the system or merely the result of how it is currently configured. The difference matters: the first holds under pressure, the second is a promise. The findings include the points that are not solid today and what closing them would involve.

#1234 Cross-LLM compatibility and execution consistency benchmark Giobi
The platform is designed not to depend on one single AI supplier. This day tests that claim instead of assuming it: the same tasks are run against Claude, Gemini and Mistral, and the results are compared for correctness, consistency between repeated runs, cost and speed. The outcome tells you where the models are interchangeable, where they are not, and what it would cost to switch supplier if commercial terms, availability or regulation ever made that necessary.

#1235 Scaling architecture recommendations and technical report Giobi
The last day turns the three previous ones into something usable. It sets out what the architecture should look like as the number of client accounts grows, which changes come first and which can wait, and what each one implies in terms of work and risk. Everything is then consolidated into the final report of 20 to 30 pages, in English, with the benchmark data attached as annexes, ready to be read by your technical lead and filed as supporting documentation.

What this is for

Generations RPO is looking at whether the Brain Protocol — the agent and memory architecture already running in production across several separate installations — can be deployed on its own RPO operations, with one isolated environment per client account. Before committing budget or engineering time to that, the company needs an honest answer to three questions: does the memory model hold up when several clients share the same platform, can client and candidate data be kept genuinely separate, and does the system behave consistently if the underlying language model is swapped. This study is the answer to those three questions, written down and defensible.

How we do it

The work is carried out over four working days and produces one written technical report. The first part formalises the memory model (working, episodic, semantic and procedural memory) for an environment where several client accounts live side by side. The second part examines data isolation between environments: where the boundaries sit today, where they rely on convention rather than enforcement, and what would have to change. The third part is a measured comparison of how the same workloads behave on different language models (Claude, Gemini, Mistral), so that the platform is not tied to a single supplier. The fourth part turns the findings into concrete architecture recommendations for growth, and consolidates everything into the final document.

What you get

A technical report of 20 to 30 pages, in English, with the benchmark data included as annexes. It is written to be read by a technical lead and to be filed as supporting evidence in an R&D or innovation funding application. It states plainly what works today, what does not, and what a multi-tenant RPO deployment would actually require — including the parts that are not ready. It is not a sales document.

Notes

Timing: work begins after written acceptance of this quote. If this expense is to be attached to a public funding file, acceptance must be signed before the work starts — please confirm the required sequence on your side before we begin.

Invoicing: amounts are stated excluding VAT. Supply of services between an Italian VAT-registered supplier (IT02419370032, VIES registered) and a Belgian company is subject to reverse charge, VAT to be accounted for by the customer under art. 21 §2 CTVA. The Italian invoice additionally carries the statutory 4% INPS surcharge and a 2,00 EUR stamp duty; please confirm whether the 3.000,00 EUR is the amount payable by Generations RPO or the amount net of those statutory items.

Scope and ownership: the report is delivered for the internal use of Generations RPO and for its funding file. It documents the platform; it does not transfer or alter ownership of the underlying platform itself.
